Bärg Z’Morge (Mountain Breakfast)
After an adventurous journey in the Pinzgauer truck, we were guests of the Michel and Zumstein families at Alp Turnels. The local specialities, “Schluck and Nidle”, “Hobelkäse” cheese and “Saanenbrätzeli” are of course part of the substantial Alpine breakfast, which we were able to enjoy at an altitude of 1900 feet. We were also able to watch the farmers’ wives making cheese.
