Fondue Spycher:

Winter-time cheese delight.

In Switzerland the start of winter is the starting signal for the passionately loved Fondue and or Raclette time. With snow, ice and tingly cold weather, after a day outside in the fresh air, in the evening all paths lead to the “Fondue-Spycher”.
 
Our cheese expert from Schönried has created different cheese fondues, which offer both the traditional pleasures but which are also out of the ordinary. However you are not constrained to the cheese of the Fondue Spycher: For all those cheese haters and meat lovers out there, there is also the delicious Fondue Chinoise.
 
Wines exclusively from the neighbouring canton of Valais round off the culinary offer.
 
The daily cow milking competition should not be missed before attending the convivial fondue evening. Heaps of fun for adults and children alike!
 
The Fondue Spycher is opened from the middle of December to the middle of March, Wednesday to Sunday, from 6pm to 11pm. The winter season 2011/2012 is now over, we look forward to welcoming you to the Spycher again from mid December 2012.
