Daily prices
Our daily prices are per person and night and always include the gourmet half-board, the Wellness Basic Package, the daily paper (with the exception of Sundays), service and VAT (without city tax). You have the option of booking your stay on the basis of Room/Breakfast.
Package prices
Our daily prices are respectively per person and duration of the all-inclusive package and always include the Wellness Basic Package, the daily paper (with the exception of Sundays), service and VAT (without city tax). The included board as well as the inclusive services vary depending on the all-inclusive package concerned.
Our prices (daily and all-inclusive prices) do not include city tax (this amounts to CHF 4.20/day per adult and CHF 2.10 per child between 12 and 16 years old).
Terms for cancellations
Cancellation of your room reservation or curtailment of your stay. In order to avoid unpleasantness, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. (One of our members of staff will be happy to provide you with the relevant cancellation insurance papers at your request).
The following should be noted with respect to the cancellation of room reservations: Cancellations must be made in writing. In the absence of special arrangements, there will be no charge for cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival. For cancellations made during the 30 days prior to arrival, 3 nights’ accommodation, incl. the package booked, will be charged. In the event of a reservation being cancelled during the 7 days prior to arrival, 100 % of the package booked will be charged, unless the hotel is able to find a replacement. The same will apply in the case of late arrival or premature departure. If you have been charged it will be considered as pre-payment for your next stay.
