Temporary *Covid-19 safety plan

Dear guests,

The current situation with regard to the corona virus has necessitated certain restrictions and adaptations in our Hotels. Our staff are trained in the latest hygiene measures. We fully comply with the principles of the BAG/FOPH “protecting ourselves”.

+ From Monday, 12th October 2020 the wearing of a hygiene mask is compulsory in publicly accessible areas in the canton of Berne
+ Mask obligation: in all areas of the hotel Front & Back of the house for hotel employees and guests. Face shields are not a mask substitute and are not permitted according to the FOPH
  + We ask you to understand that at the moment we cannot receive guests with exemptions to the compulsory wearing of masks 
+ Except during use: when resting at a seat/couchette and/or for a meal and eating or drinking, in a sauna, in the brine bath or sports pool, during water sports

+ Hand disinfectant is available at the entrances to the hotel and at other neuralgic points in the hotel
+ Crowds should be avoided: please keep a sufficient distance from other people in public areas
+ Visitors & chauffeurs of hotel guests to eat in the restaurant Mango are allowed = you must urgently register the guests in advance. Registration is compulsory according to cantonal regulations
+ Public areas are intensively cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis

+ Open exclusively for our hotel guests until further notice. Exception external guests: Pop-Up Restaurant Mango: Open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 pm to 9 pm. 
+ The distances between the tables in the restaurant have been increased
+ The breakfast buffet will take place in an adapted form
+ We do not have theme buffets in the evening

Bathing and Wellness area
+ The entire bath and wellness area is open exclusively for hotel guests, subscribers & external guests (separate times)
+ Guests must adhere to the specified number of persons per area/room

Massages and Treatments
+ A slightly reduced service is expected 

If you have flu symptoms, cough or fever immediately prior to your arrival, we regret we cannot welcome you. If you have already paid a deposit, you will receive a voucher for the amount of your booking

We kindly ask you to plan for a credit or Maestro card payment, cash should be avoided if possible
