Chef de Cuisine Peter Dosot conjures up authentic, honest Mediterranean cuisine combined with the quality and authenticity of premium products from Saanen. Six years in his own restaurant in Dolcedo, in the Liguria region, reinforced his roots as a chef. Not only was he able to gain experience with independence and the Italian mentality, he was able to delight countless guests and friends with his culinary concepts. Interspersed with international sabbaticals, Peter Dosot has been in charge of culinary excellence at the Hotel for nearly 30 years. He is part of the foundations of the Hotel, creating treats for you daily!
