As a guest at the hotel you can enjoy the ERMITAGE gourmet board. This is included with every room booking. The cuisine with a Mediterranean touch offers a variety of fresh, healthy and tasty dishes that reflect the Hotel’s wellness philosophy.

Included with every room booking:

  • The sumptuous «ERMITAGE Breakfast Buffet» from 7.30 to 11 a.m.
  • «Vital Breakfast» in the «Brunnenstube» bathrobe zone from 8 to 11 a.m.
  • «Vital-Lunch» with soup and salad from 12 to 2 p.m.
  • «ERMITAGE Chueche Table in the «Bärgblick»  and /or «Vital cakes»  in the «Brunnenstube»  bathrobe zone from 3 to 5 p.m.
  • «ERMITAGE Dinner» with a choice of menus from  7 p.m
  • «Chef's table» we call you to the table in our kitchen (Friday and Saturday evenings on application)




Breakfast - the perfect way to start your day

There is bread baked in the Hotel, a choice of local pastries, fruit, freshly pressed juices, a selection of cheeses from near and far, cold cuts, eggs, yoghurt and fresh honeycomb, just to name a few. Light Lunch - fresh and healthy

In line with our freshness concept, we offer a light and balanced lunch rich in vitamins over midday. Strengthen your body with healthy salads and a tasty soup of the day. Let us welcome you to the «Brunnenstube» in your bathrobe.

Cake buffet - sweet temptation in the afternoon

The afternoon cake buffet, our "Chueche Table" is an integral part of what makes the ERMITAGE what it is. You can choose your favourite from the fantastic selection of cakes to savour in a relaxing atmosphere accompanied by piano music. A smaller buffet with sweet snacks is also available in the “Brunnenstube” - perfect for a pick-me-up between visits to the sauna.


ERMITAGE dinner - culinary highlight

A welcome from the Hotel, fresh salads and a selection of delicious starters, mains and desserts set the pulse of every gourmet racing. Let the day come to a harmonious end in one of our seven parlours. In the winter months, enjoy a traditional fondue mix from the Schönried dairy in the “Carnotzet”. Friday and Saturday evenings, we invite you to the “Chef's Table”. Be culinarily spoiled by us in our kitchen. As this is very popular, we encourage you to make an early reservation.
