Cancellation policy

A deposit is required at the time of reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation conditions apply in the event of a room reservation being cancelled or the stay being shortened:

• Up to 31 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 30 to 8 days before arrival: maximum of 3 nights, including the booked arrangement 
• From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the booked arrangement, if the room reservation cannot be resold

Cancellations must be made in writing. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
