Winter cheese enjoyment

With the first snowflakes, the much-loved fondue is back on the table in Switzerland. With snow, ice and freezing cold, after a day outside in the fresh air - a fine cheese fondue in our "Fondue Carnotzet" is just the thing!

Our cheese master from Schönried has created a fine cheese mixture for and with us, which offers both traditional pleasures and goes beyond the scope of the known. Delicious aperitifs and fine desserts complete the culinary offer.

External guests: Apéroplättli, classic cheese fondue and dessert of the day for CHF 68.
For hotel guests, who booked the ERMITAGE Culinary in the overnight package, the meal offer is included.
