The family suite offers the ideal space for a family of 3 persons or more. This comprises a parents’ bedroom and a separate children’s bedroom. As an alternative, the ERMITAGE also offers various rooms with connecting doors. Please notify us of your wishes and we will make every effort to find the ideal solution with you.
Can I smoke on the balcony?
Our rooms are internal areas are smoke-free throughout the Hotel. You may smoke a cigarette or cigar on the balcony or in the “Davidoff” smoking lounge.
Do the rooms have kettles/coffee machines?
A few rooms are equipped with coffee machines and kettles. For reasons of fire-safety, most rooms do not have these electrical devices. However, you are welcome to order tea, coffee and hot water delivered to your room with room service at any time.
Are dogs allowed in the rooms?
Four-legged friends are most welcome. They can stay in your room for an additional charge of CHF 35 (without food). Exception: Low allergen rooms.
